How do we begin?

You can complete this questionnaire or contact us for a complimentary 20 min discovery call at info@moreaudesign.com. Once we intake the information we can evaluate if timelines and goals are aligned and we will get back to you within a week or sooner

What type of projects are you typically hired for?

New construction, medium to large remodels, and furniture selections. We have a 5-hour minimum retainer for smaller-scale projects, and depending on your needs and our availability we can possibly accommodate projects that don’t fall into these categories.

What is the investment for your Design Services?

Our proposals are customized to each project based on many factors and the unique situation and scope of the project. We work on a variety of scale of projects.

When does Moreau Design Studio come into the project?

For our typical project, it begins from conception alongside the architect before the plans are solidified or the project has broken ground. Our collaborative team approach allows for our perspective and vision to weave in as things are taking shape. However, we have worked in almost every scenario in between and we are ready to jump right in.

What does the process look like?

By incorporating your personal taste with our approach and experience, we guide and communicate with you in the decision-making process from start to finish. The process can take months or years, so it’s a significant partnership founded on mutual respect and trust. Along the way, we move you through milestones, presenting every decision at every stage from initial mood and design boards, to detailed drawings of every elevation and space plan, to all the finished details. Some clients are very hands-off and some want more involvement. Our custom proposals are built around a certain amount of time and energy dedicated to each milestone and series of decisions. Thousands of selections and details are involved. We gather it all and provide a comprehensive digital project “ binder” with everything in one spot for the various team members to reference and vendors to bid and build off of. Along with ongoing project management with frequent job site walk-throughs and meetings, there are hundreds (and sometimes thousands) of items that need to be ordered and managed throughout the home-building and furnishing process and we take you from start to finish.

Who will I work with at the Studio?

As a founder, CEO, and Principal Designer at Moreau Design, I love what I do and I do it with 100% dedication for all my valuable clients, but I cannot do it all alone. I have a fantastic team of supporters that is part of each step of the project from design intake, conception, bookkeeping, design development, and documentation processes. Once established you’ll have a dedicated Project Manager in communication to provide updates for all of your deliverables and items. I am involved in every detail and decision and we work as a team to make it all come to life for our clients.

Once we’ve had our initial conversation, we provide a custom proposal for the scope of work and a signed agreement. We secure a non-refundable retainer that is applied to your project. Once we have all this we set up a timeline to start our process with you!
